Exhibition Space Allocation

  • The space allocation will be made according to the receipt of a signed Exhibit Space Contract
  • A completed Exhibit Space Contract accompanied by advanced payment should be mailed to the exhibition manager to ensure reservation of a desired location.
  • Exhibitors are welcome to modify any spaces to their specific requirements. A reserved floor plan will be included with the booth confirmation. Please note that alternatives should be clearly indicated on the Exhibition Booking Form.
  • Participation will be finalized only upon confirmation of the payment.
  • Allocation is on a “first-come, first-serve” basis.

Standard booth (9 Sq.) 2,800€

Space Definition

  • White walls, fitted with an aluminum frame, 250 cm high
  • Fascia board with company name and booth number (in standard lettering)
  • Two plastic chairs
  • One desk
  • One 2-Kilowatt electrical socket for the first 10 sqm, 1-Kilowatt for any additional 10 sqm.
  • Exhibitor badges (4 tags per 9 Sqm.)
  • One spotlight per 3 sqm, excluding electricity and main connection
  • Carpeting
  • Pavillion security (from 6 pm till 9 am)
  • Up to 100-word company/products in the Official Exhibition Catalogue
